UK practising certificate (or equivalent) and right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
Strong drafting and negotiating experience on fund documents and IMAs; familiarity with Cayman/Luxembourg structures advantageous
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills; client‑focused and adaptable to new environments
