Short-term (4–6 month) full-time, hybrid role to provide in-house commercial and property legal support for an established organisation in the water supply sector. The role is delivered through a flexible legal-resourcing program run by a major international law firm.

You will provide day-to-day property advice on easements, leases and related queries, and work across a range of commercial matters. The role requires someone who can hit the ground running, operate autonomously, and deliver pragmatic, commercially-focused advice to business stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience as a commercial/property lawyer
Practical experience advising on easements, leasing and general property matters
Comfortable providing timely, commercially-focused in-house advice across a breadth of matters
Proven ability to work autonomously and adapt to business needs
Current practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
