Interim legal consultant role supporting banking & finance matters from a global firm’s consultant platform. Assignments are typically multi-month and cover transactional banking work across real estate finance, leveraged finance, fund finance, project finance and related loan arrangements.

The role suits experienced associate-level lawyers who want flexible, high-quality deal work while retaining autonomy over assignments. Consultants receive firm-backed support on assignment, including access to knowledge resources, training and professional development opportunities, plus partner-level oversight where required.

4–8 years PQE in banking & finance at a top-tier law firm, or equivalent in-house experience
Transaction experience in one or more of: real estate finance, leveraged finance, fund finance, project finance, syndicated/asset finance
Proven ability to hit the ground running on deal execution and to work autonomously in interim assignments
Excellent commercial awareness, client-service focus and strong interpersonal/communication skills; UAE experience advantageous
