Short-term consultancy role for experienced commercial technology lawyers to support clients and in‑house legal teams across the UAE. Assignments are typically six months (full time) with opportunities in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and some flexibility on working arrangements.

The role covers drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology agreements (SaaS, cloud, software licences, outsourcing, procurement), advising on UAE and relevant free‑zone data protection regimes, and handling IP issues linked to software and emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain and digital assets.

Qualified lawyer with 5–10 years PQE in technology/commercial law
Proven experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, cloud, software licence and IT outsourcing agreements
Practical knowledge of UAE data protection and DIFC/ADGM regimes
Experience advising on IP issues related to software and emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, digital assets)
Comfortable operating on six‑month interim assignments in Abu Dhabi or Dubai; adaptable to client and project needs
