Short-term legal consultant roles (typically six months or longer) supporting compliance and regulatory teams across the UAE, with assignments commonly based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Roles may be fully on-site or offer hybrid/flexible arrangements depending on the engagement.

Typical duties include advising on anti-bribery and anti-corruption, sanctions and export controls, third-party due diligence, policy development, training delivery and supporting internal investigations. Assignments span in-house placements (notably in energy, logistics and infrastructure sectors) and embedded roles within client compliance functions.

5–8 years' post-qualification experience in compliance or regulatory work
Experience advising on anti-bribery/anti-corruption, sanctions and export controls
Prior in-house or sector experience (energy, logistics or infrastructure) preferred
Multijurisdictional/Middle East (GCC) experience strongly preferred; Arabic drafting skills advantageous
Demonstrable experience with policy development, third-party due diligence, training and internal investigations
Practising certificate or equivalent entitlement to practise in the region
Consultant mindset: flexible, adaptable, and comfortable operating on fixed-term assignments
