Short-term, full-time interim opportunities (typical assignments ~6 months) advising on competition / antitrust matters across the United Arab Emirates, with roles commonly based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Assignments will combine compliance, merger-control filings and defense in investigations, together with drafting and training for internal stakeholders.

The roles sit on a global legal consulting platform that places experienced competition lawyers into in-house and law firm-facing mandates. Successful consultants receive supported access to development resources, practical guidance and knowledge teams while retaining responsibility for day-to-day delivery on assignment.

At least 7 years' post-qualification experience in competition / antitrust law at a top-tier firm or equivalent in-house role
Proven experience with merger control notifications and antitrust investigations
Strong compliance and contract-review skills; ability to draft policies and deliver training to business stakeholders
Preferably recent Middle East experience; Arabic language skills advantageous
Consultant mindset: flexible, proactive, able to work independently on fixed-term assignments
Eligible to practise in the UAE or hold an equivalent practising entitlement
