Short-term legal consultant role advising on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of investment funds across private equity, real estate and hedge fund strategies. Assignments are typically based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and run for c.3–6 months full time, with some flexibility on working arrangements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating fund documentation, advising on regulatory compliance and liaising with internal stakeholders, external counsel and regional regulators (including UAE Central Bank and DFSA matters). Consultants will have access to extensive practice resources, training and professional support while working on high-quality institutional mandates.

Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in funds, asset management or financial services at a top-tier funds practice.
Strong fund structuring and regulatory advisory experience (private equity, real estate and/or hedge funds).
Recent in-house experience at a financial institution preferred; Middle East experience and Arabic language skills advantageous.
Consultant mindset: commercial, flexible, able to work independently on short-term assignments; valid practising certificate or equivalent to practise in the region.
