Consultants take on assignments typically lasting six months or longer, working on regulatory, commercial and product matters across banks, fintechs, payment service providers and technology companies.

Typical work includes advising on payment services regulation (including PSD2), e-money, consumer credit and emerging areas such as open banking, consumer duty, digital assets and buy‑now‑pay‑later products; drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and supporting product launches and cross‑border expansions. Consultants receive professional support, knowledge resources and opportunities for training while retaining flexibility over assignments.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; resilient, autonomous and client‑focused
  • Valid practising certificate (or equivalent) to practise in the UK and right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
