Apply in confidence →Interim legal consultant role supporting project development and project finance matters in the energy and infrastructure sector. Typical assignments are full-time, six-month engagements based in Abu Dhabi (with some opportunities in Dubai and remote support for KSA projects).
Work will involve advising on project financing, procurement and negotiation of EPC, O&M and related infrastructure contracts for power, water and oil & gas projects. You will join a panel of consultant lawyers and receive dedicated support, training and access to firm resources while working directly with clients and on secondment-style assignments.
- 5–7 years' post-qualification experience in project finance, project development or related infrastructure work.
- Experience from a top-tier project finance/project development practice (law firm or in-house at corporates, banks or sovereign entities).
- Practical experience advising on financing, EPC/O&M and procurement contracts for energy or infrastructure projects.
- Prior Middle East experience and Arabic language skills preferred.
- Consultant mindset: self-directed, flexible, client-focused and comfortable operating on fixed-term assignments.
- Valid practising certificate or equivalent entitling you to practise in the region.
