5–10 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate finance, with significant lender-side work
At least 2 years’ PQE at a top-tier law firm for real estate finance
In-house experience at a financial services institution or corporate is desirable (direct or secondee)
UK practising certificate (or equivalent) and right to work in the UK; note: no visa sponsorship available
Strong drafting, transaction management and project-management skills; excellent commercial judgment and client-facing ability
Consultant mindset: autonomous, adaptable, responsive and able to transition quickly into new teams/environments
