Apply in confidence →An established global law firm is recruiting experienced restructuring lawyers to join its consultant panel for London-based assignments. Roles are typically interim (six months or more) and cover complex cross-border restructurings, insolvency matters and special-situation work for a mix of firm practice-group and client-led engagements.
Assignments vary by mandate and may include in‑house style desk roles with financial institutions or hedge funds, integrated roles within a restructuring team on distressed M&A, liability management, out‑of‑court restructurings and formal insolvency proceedings. - At least two years' private practice experience in a recognised restructuring/insolvency practice (Chambers/Legal 500 top tiers preferred)
- Practical experience with cross‑border restructurings, distressed lending, insolvency proceedings or distressed trading
- Strong commercial judgment, client‑service ethos and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work autonomously on interim assignments
- Right to reside and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
