Short-term consultant opportunities (typically 3–6 months, often full-time) supporting technology and commercial work across the United Arab Emirates, with frequent assignments in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Roles involve drafting, negotiating and managing a broad range of commercial and IT contracts.

5–7 years' post‑qualification experience in commercial and/or technology law
Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial and IT contracts (procurement, partnership, purchase, marketing, software licensing, infrastructure, managed services, development agreements)
Working knowledge of AI and IP desirable
Experience at a top‑tier law firm for commercial/technology work; recent in‑house exposure desirable
Experience in the Middle East and Arabic language skills preferred
Consultant mindset: flexible, proactive, client‑facing and comfortable managing a portfolio of short‑term assignments
Practising certificate (or equivalent) entitling you to practise in the region
