You will advise on energy, utilities, transport and social infrastructure matters, manage commercial contracts, and support complex, cross-discipline transactions for a mix of public- and private-sector clients.
The role combines fee-earning responsibility with team leadership: supervising junior colleagues, contributing to business development activities, and helping shape team strategy and growth.
This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded, multi-disciplinary practice delivering high-profile and technically demanding projects across the UK and internationally.
- Minimum 8 years' PQE in infrastructure, projects, energy and/or transport.
- Proven experience advising on complex energy/infrastructure transactions and commercial contracts.
- Client-facing, commercially minded, and able to supervise and develop junior lawyers.
- Comfort working across disciplines and contributing to business development and team know‑how.
