Join a Managed Legal Services (MLS) team as Legal Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of commercial contract services. This is a client-facing, leadership role focused on shaping scalable, technology-enabled solutions and improving contract/matter management across sectors.

You will lead and develop a team of lawyers, manage key client engagements to scope, budget and quality standards, and partner with commercial and solutions teams to design pricing, resourcing and delivery models. The role emphasises process optimisation, use of legal technology and AI tools, and building long-term client relationships.

This is a strategic role that combines people leadership, practice development and hands-on commercial contracting work. The team operates across multiple UK locations and offers hybrid working options.

England & Wales qualified commercial lawyer with minimum 8 years' PQE.
Proven experience drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial contracts.
Demonstrable people leadership experience, including managing and developing lawyers and overseeing delivery of engagements.
Comfortable using legal technology/AI tools and working within regulated environments; strong stakeholder and project management skills.
