Apply in confidence →Seeking an attorney to support transactional practice groups across U.S. offices by designing, implementing, and optimizing legal-technology and AI-enabled workflows. The role focuses on improving contract drafting, due diligence, transaction management, and deal documentation through evaluation, configuration, and deployment of AI and contract-technology tools.
The attorney will collaborate with transactional lawyers, IT, and knowledge teams to translate practice needs into scalable solutions, develop prompt frameworks and playbooks, and assist with governance and responsible-AI practices. The role includes pilot programs, vendor evaluations, user training, and cross-practice innovation initiatives.
- J.D. and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3–5 years’ experience in a transactional practice (e.g., M&A, private equity, capital markets, finance, securities, real estate, or comparable corporate work)
- Practical experience with contract drafting, deal documentation, due diligence, and transaction workflows
- Demonstrated interest and experience with legal technology and generative AI tools, including prompt development and AI-assisted drafting or contract analysis
- Familiarity with contract analytics, document management, and transactional workflow platforms; experience with pilots or technology implementations preferred
- Strong communication, project-management skills, and ability to work with attorneys, technologists, and knowledge teams
