Mid-level associate opportunity in a global capital markets team based in New York. The role offers substantive equity and debt capital markets work across domestic and cross-border transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, de-SPAC matters, PIPEs, ATMs and other securities financings.

Associates take ownership of drafting and negotiating offering documents, registration statements and related transaction papers, support SEC reporting and disclosure matters, and coordinate execution with internal teams, clients and opposing counsel. The team emphasises collaboration, mentorship and professional development within a high‑volume, sophisticated practice.

Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent (LL.M. acceptable)
Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility)
Approximately 4+ years of relevant transactional law firm or in‑house experience
Significant US equity capital markets experience (IPOs, follow‑ons, de‑SPAC, PIPEs, ATMs)
Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills; familiarity with SEC reporting and disclosure
Ability to manage multiple matters, work under pressure and collaborate across practices
