Global corporate M&A team seeks mid-to-senior level associate to join its growing US practice. The role offers exposure to complex buy- and sell-side transactions, joint ventures, take-privates and other strategic combinations across industries.

The position is client-facing and requires candidates comfortable running aspects of deals, negotiating with opposing counsel, and managing diligence and closing logistics. The team provides formal training, mentorship and opportunities to work on cross-border mandates with senior lawyers.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school
Admission and good standing in New York, Texas, or California bar
Previous corporate M&A experience at a law firm or in-house (mid to senior associate level)
Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to run or significantly contribute to complex deals
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
JD graduating years: 2017–2021
