Corporate Associate — San Francisco

Growing San Francisco corporate team seeks a 3–6 year associate with strong transactional experience in venture capital, growth equity and private company counseling. The role offers significant client responsibility, substantial partner interaction and opportunities to work on both local and national client engagements.

The team values candidates who can manage deal work from start to finish, collaborate with colleagues across offices, and take ownership of projects while providing excellent client service.

• 3–6 years of U.S. law firm experience (large or sophisticated mid-size firm)
• Substantial experience on both company- and investor-side venture capital and growth equity financings
• Experience counseling private companies and handling PE-related matters
• Strong drafting, deal-management and client-facing skills; ability to take ownership of matters
