Capital Markets Associate - New York

Mid-to-senior associate opportunity in a major firm's New York capital markets group. The role focuses on public and private securities offerings, advising issuers, underwriters and placement agents on IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements.

The team handles routine ’33/’34 Act matters and other securities work; experience with public company reporting and Exchange Act filings is a plus. The firm offers a collaborative environment, competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

• 4–7 years' capital markets / securities experience (PQE)
• Experience representing underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-ons and private placements
• Familiarity with Exchange Act (’34 Act) reporting and public company matters a plus
• Active member of the New York bar
