An established law firm is seeking a Legal Training and Development Attorney to lead learning strategy and execution for its Litigation and IP business units. This role will be based in Austin with flexibility to support other U.S. offices and will focus on designing programs that advance associate development, team performance, and practice-aligned skills.

The attorney will partner with practice leaders, senior practice managers, lawyer development and innovation teams to run a Business Unit Training Council, assess training needs, maintain the training curriculum, and integrate legal technology and GenAI into learning offerings. The position combines program design, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery.

This is a collaborative, high-impact role for an experienced attorney who enjoys coaching, curriculum development, and championing tech-forward approaches to practice training.

J.D. and active bar membership; 7+ years of substantive legal experience
Proven experience in training, curriculum design, or lawyer development in a law firm environment
Strong project management, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Legal technology and GenAI fluency; comfortable incorporating tech into training
Big Law or large-firm experience preferred
