International finance team seeking a junior-midlevel leveraged finance associate to join its London practice. The group advises banks, financial sponsors and corporates on complex, cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings alongside related areas such as infrastructure, real estate and asset-backed financings.

The role offers regular client exposure on market-leading, high-profile transactions, close collaboration with finance and high-yield colleagues across multiple offices, and clear opportunities for technical development and increased responsibility on drafting and negotiation of loan, intercreditor and commitment documentation.

2–5 PQE (or comparable experience in a common-law jurisdiction) with leveraged finance experience.
Developing understanding of leveraged capital structures and loan products; experience on sponsor or bank-side leveraged financings preferred.
Ability to draft and negotiate commitment papers, loan and intercreditor documentation; willingness to take increasing responsibility.
Commercial mindset, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work to demanding timetables on cross-border transactions.
Some exposure or interest in infrastructure and real estate finance and English law security principles desirable.
