Senior associate role within a leveraged finance subgroup, focused on fund finance and private credit transactions. The team represents lead arrangers, direct lenders, NAV and sub-line lenders, as well as borrowers and issuers on complex financing matters.

The position is open to attorneys based in multiple U.S. offices with a hybrid working pattern. Responsibilities include legal research and drafting, managing transactions from deal execution through closing, client interaction, and collaboration across practice groups. Pro bono and firm citizenship expectations apply.

JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in the hiring office state
Minimum 4 years of relevant leveraged finance, fund finance, private credit, structured finance or debt capital markets experience
Strong drafting, legal research, analytical and communication skills; ability to manage transactions and client relationships
Experience at a large law firm or comparable commercial practice
