Top-tier global finance group seeks a leveraged finance associate to work on acquisition financings, refinancings, dividend recaps, liability management and restructuring-related financings. The role will involve leading financing transactions primarily for borrowers and lead arrangers, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, and working closely with deal teams across offices.

Openings are available in multiple U.S. offices with this role based in New York. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the relevant state bar. The position offers bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. Target salary range for this role is $310,000 - $445,000, varying by location and experience.

At least 3 years' experience in syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending.
Strong experience with sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred.
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating financing and credit documentation.
Admission or eligibility for admission to the state bar for the office to which you apply.
