Life Sciences Corporate Associate — Los Angeles

Top-tier law firm seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join a busy Life Sciences team in Los Angeles. The group advises venture‑backed and public life sciences, healthcare and technology companies across equity financings, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance matters.

You'll work on a mix of private and public company transactions, including registered offerings and ongoing SEC matters, in a collaborative, cross‑practice environment. Candidates with direct life sciences experience are preferred; strong candidates with a demonstrable interest in the sector will also be considered.

• 2–4 years' corporate transactional experience
• Experience with public company work, registered equity offerings and ongoing SEC representation
• Transactional experience in M&A and equity financings
• Life sciences experience preferred but not required; interest in the sector acceptable
• Strong drafting, deal execution and client-facing skills
