Senior associate-level role in a national life sciences partnering and licensing practice. The team handles counseling and transaction work for life sciences clients, focusing on licenses, collaborations and other commercial agreements across therapeutics, diagnostics and related technologies.

Associates will structure, negotiate and draft strategic commercial and licensing arrangements, working closely with corporate and IP colleagues. Opportunities exist in multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Palo Alto or San Diego) and the role suits candidates from private practice or in-house backgrounds.

3–6 years post-qualification experience in life sciences transactions, licensing, or collaborations
Proven drafting and negotiation experience on licenses, collaboration agreements and commercial agreements
