Seeking an experienced transactions attorney to join a technology transactions and licensing team in Boston focused on life sciences and related technologies. The role centers on structuring, drafting and negotiating complex IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, development and other commercial agreements for life sciences companies.

The position involves close collaboration with corporate, intellectual property, regulatory and tax colleagues across offices to execute cross-border and domestic deals. Work includes high‑profile, technically sophisticated transactions that span joint ventures, strategic alliances, outsourcing and licensing arrangements.

J.D. and bar admission
Approximately 5–7 years post‑JD transactional experience, with a focus on IP licensing and technology transactions for life sciences or related technology clients
Proven experience drafting, structuring and negotiating collaboration, licensing, services and distribution agreements
Strong commercial judgment, contract drafting and negotiation skills; ability to work collaboratively with multi‑disciplinary teams
