Apply in confidence →International law firm seeks a mid-level litigation lawyer to join its Luxembourg Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations team. The role involves handling a mix of civil and commercial litigation and arbitration matters, plus cross-border and cross-practice assignments in coordination with other departments.
The post-holder will manage both out-of-court assistance and court proceedings, contribute to internal and client-facing workstreams, and support investigations and regulatory matters. The team offers structured training, strong local expertise and exposure to international mandates.
- Qualified lawyer (registered under list I or IV) with 4–7 years' post-qualification experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken German, French and English; Luxembourgish is an advantage.
- Experience or interest in civil/commercial litigation and international arbitration.
- Asset experience: insolvency proceedings, data protection, or regulatory investigations and sanctions matters.
- Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; able to work independently and in teams; client- and solution-oriented.
