Seeking a litigation associate to join a national Am Law 100 firm’s Minneapolis office. The role provides experience across commercial litigation matters including business disputes, employment litigation, products liability, and toxic tort.

The position offers substantial responsibility for managing case files from discovery through trial-level work. The team supports a full benefits package and competitive compensation.

Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience
Admission to the Minnesota bar required
Proven experience managing all aspects of discovery
Strong legal research, brief writing, and oral advocacy skills
Comfort handling court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and independent file management
