Litigation Associate — Austin (Commercial & Product Liability)

Seeking a litigation associate to join a busy litigation team in Austin. The role offers exposure to complex commercial and business disputes, including product liability and related matters across industries.

Responsibilities include drafting briefs, taking and defending depositions, managing discovery, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel, and supporting motion practice. Mediation, arbitration, and trial work are available for candidates with relevant experience.

Candidates must be admitted and in good standing with the Texas State Bar and able to work independently while contributing in a collaborative team environment.

• 3–6 years of civil litigation experience (commercial and/or product liability preferred)
• Good standing with the Texas State Bar
• Experience with depositions, discovery practice, and briefing dispositive motions
• Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently, and collaborate with a team; ADR and trial experience a plus
