Litigation Associate — Baltimore

Seeking a litigation associate to join a busy Baltimore litigation team handling general liability, professional liability, and labor & employment matters. The role offers substantial courtroom and case-responsibility opportunities across discovery, motion practice, depositions and hearings.

Ideal candidates will have 1–7 years of civil litigation experience, strong research and brief-writing skills, and the ability to manage files and conduct court appearances independently. Admission to the Virginia Bar is required; admission to Maryland or D.C. is a plus.

• 1–7 years of civil litigation experience
• Admission to the Virginia Bar required (MD/DC admission a plus)
• Proven experience managing discovery and motion practice
• Strong legal research, brief writing and oral advocacy skills; capable of handling depositions and court appearances independently
