Litigation Associate — Baltimore

Busy litigation team in Baltimore is seeking an associate to handle a mix of civil matters, including general liability, professional liability, and labor & employment disputes. The role provides substantive courtroom and case-management responsibility across discovery, motion practice, depositions, and hearings.

The position requires strong research, brief-writing, and oral advocacy skills and offers a collaborative platform to develop trial and litigation experience. Competitive benefits are provided.

• Admission to the Virginia Bar required.
• 1–7 years of civil litigation experience.
• Proven experience managing discovery and drafting motions and briefs.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; comfortable with court appearances and taking depositions.
• Admission to the Maryland and/or DC bars is a plus.
