Staff Attorney, Consumer Financial Services Litigation — Baltimore

Seeking a mid-level, non-partnership track Staff Attorney to join a busy consumer financial services litigation team in Baltimore. The role focuses on defense and other civil litigation matters arising from consumer finance and retail banking.

Typical work includes drafting pleadings, managing discovery, preparing motions, taking and defending depositions, and supporting trial preparation under the supervision of senior litigators. The team handles federal and state statutory claims and related regulatory issues.

• 3–8 years of litigation experience, preferably with consumer finance or retail bank matters
• Experience with TILA, FDCPA, FCRA, UCC, ECOA and state/federal unfair or deceptive practices claims
• Active Maryland bar license or ability to waive in; Virginia bar preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills and litigation case-management experience
