Litigation Associate — Century City

Established international litigation team seeks a mid-level associate (4–6 years’ experience) to join its Century City office. The role involves substantive complex commercial litigation work, including motion practice, discovery management, depositions, drafting and editing pleadings and briefs, witness interviews, and support for arbitration and trial preparation.

The team handles high-stakes, multi‑party matters; successful candidates will be prepared to take leadership on aspects of significant matters, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and produce careful, client-focused written work. Clerkship experience is a plus.

• 4–6 years’ litigation experience (complex commercial litigation preferred)
• Strong motion practice, discovery, deposition, and trial/arbitration preparation experience
• Excellent drafting and written-communication skills (pleadings, briefs, memos)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple significant matters and take leadership on case teams; judicial clerkship preferred
