Litigation Associate — Chicago (Junior to Mid-Level)

Established litigation team in a major Chicago office is hiring junior to mid-level associates (class of 2024–2021) with solid litigation experience. Work will focus on discovery, brief writing, motion practice and pre-trial preparation across commercial disputes and related complex matters.

Caseload includes a broad mix of commercial litigation, securities-related and regulatory matters, cyber-related disputes, and other high-stakes civil litigation. Candidates with exposure or interest in cybersecurity and data-privacy issues are encouraged to apply.

The office offers a structured mentor program for lateral joins, a hybrid work model (primarily in-office Monday–Thursday), robust professional-development resources and an active pro bono program.
