Seeking a 2nd–5th year litigation associate to join a busy commercial trial practice in Houston. The role focuses on trial preparation, courtroom work, and all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts.

Successful candidates will have hands‑on experience with deposition practice, oral argument, discovery management, and drafting dispositive and pretrial motions. The team offers substantive trial exposure and development within a nationally connected litigation group.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
2–5 years of commercial litigation experience
Admission to the Texas Bar
Demonstrated trial preparation experience: depositions, motions practice, and oral advocacy
Strong legal writing, document review, and discovery management skills
