Litigation Associate — Commercial Litigation, Seattle

Growing national litigation team is expanding its newly opened Seattle office and seeks associates to work on high‑stakes commercial and product‑liability matters. The group handles bet‑the‑company disputes, class actions, multidistrict litigation, antitrust matters and appellate work for large corporate clients across the U.S. and internationally.

Associates will support Seattle‑based partners and litigation teams across the firm on complex trial and appellate matters, with significant exposure to first‑chair trial practitioners and cross‑office practices. • J.D. and admission to practice in Washington (or eligibility to obtain admission)
• Experience in commercial litigation or product‑liability matters; appellate or trial experience strongly preferred
• Strong legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on complex, multi‑jurisdictional matters and manage heavy case responsibilities
