Litigation Associate — Discovery / E-Discovery, Los Angeles

Growing litigation team in Los Angeles seeks an associate to handle discovery disputes and e-discovery matters within an automotive consumer/products litigation practice. The role focuses on managing discovery strategy and motions in complex defense litigation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and arguing discovery motions and oppositions, conducting legal research, preparing meet-and-confer correspondence, and attending hearings. The position offers collaboration with experienced litigators on high-volume discovery matters.

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Approximately 6–9 months of litigation experience; experience handling discovery disputes required/preferred.
• Background in products liability or consumer law is a plus.
• Strong legal research, analytical, written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative; please be prepared to provide a law school transcript and a recent writing sample (10 pages max) with your application.
