Growing litigation practice seeking an associate with 3–5 years' litigation experience to join multiple Florida offices. The role offers exposure to all aspects of civil litigation, with opportunities to handle pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions and to interact directly with opposing counsel and clients.

Preferred background includes health care and/or construction litigation experience. Candidates should be comfortable managing matters independently under partner supervision and working in a collaborative, office-based environment.

Juris Doctor (JD) required.
Licensed to practice in Florida.
3–5 years of litigation experience handling pleadings, motions, written discovery, and depositions.
Strong legal writing and advocacy skills; ability to interact directly with clients and adversaries.
Experience in health care and/or construction litigation preferred; law firm experience or clerkship favored.
Strong academic credentials (law review, moot court, honors considered).
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; firm does not sponsor for this position.
