Seeking a civil litigation associate to join a national firm’s California litigation team, focusing on healthcare-related disputes. The role will involve defending and prosecuting matters across healthcare litigation, class actions, commercial disputes, and arbitrations.

Members of the team work on complex written discovery, motion practice, and fact development for high-stakes matters. The position is open to candidates for the San Francisco office (also possible placement in Los Angeles or Orange County).

4–7 years of civil litigation experience
Active membership in the California Bar, in good standing
Proven experience with written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions
Excellent writing, analytical skills, and strong academic credentials; healthcare litigation experience a plus
