We are seeking a litigation associate to join a dynamic Montréal litigation team handling complex civil-liability matters, insurance disputes, construction litigation and class actions. You will manage files from opening to resolution, draft pleadings and factums, conduct examinations for discovery, liaise with experts and represent clients in mediations and hearings under partner supervision.

This is a bilingual role (French/English) within a firm that operates nationally and internationally; collaboration with colleagues and clients across Canada and abroad is frequent. Civil law degree from a recognized university and membership in good standing with the Barreau du Québec.
2–4 years of litigation experience, with exposure to insurance law, construction disputes, commercial litigation or professional liability.
Fluency in French and English, strong drafting and oral advocacy skills.
Excellent legal judgment, analytical and organizational abilities, attention to detail and a collaborative team approach.
