Mid-level associate position in a busy San Francisco office of a large national law firm with a substantial labor & employment practice. The role focuses on defending employment-adjacent personal-injury matters for gig-economy and employer clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include substantial client contact, direct negotiation with opposing counsel, conducting detailed fact investigations, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. This is an on-site role based in San Francisco.

3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably with employment or related defense matters
Active membership in good standing with the California Bar
Strong litigation skills: legal research, motion drafting and briefing, depositions, and fact investigation
