Join a national litigation team in Birmingham handling complex liability and personal injury matters, primarily employers' and public liability. The role involves managing both pre‑litigation and defended files, including multi‑defendant and multi‑track claims.

The team works with insurers, corporates and loss adjusters and uses streamlined processes and technology to deliver practical, commercial advice. This is a full‑time, hybrid role with exposure to high‑value and technically demanding cases and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the firm's UK and international network.

2–5 years' PQE (UK‑qualified solicitor or CILEX with relevant experience)
Defence litigation experience including high multi‑track files
Working knowledge of policy coverage
Strong case management, analytical and client‑facing skills
Ability to handle mixed‑value, non‑volume claims and multi‑party matters
