A national law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Miami office litigation team. The role focuses on complex commercial and business litigation matters, including trademark infringement and unfair competition disputes.

The team handles state and federal court litigation, with opportunities to work on trials, depositions, dispositive motions, and eDiscovery workflows. The group values strong writing, research, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to the Florida bar required
2–3 years of commercial/business litigation experience in state and federal court
Experience with trademark infringement and unfair competition claims preferred
Trial and deposition experience, including drafting dispositive motions
Familiarity with eDiscovery processes (collection, review, production) preferred
Strong legal research, writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on a dynamic litigation team
Large law firm experience preferred
