Litigation Associate — Mid-Level (5–7 yrs), New York, NY

Top-tier New York office seeks a mid-level litigation associate with 5–7 years of experience in general commercial litigation. The role involves handling matters in New York State and federal courts, including drafting pleadings and discovery, briefing and arguing motions, and taking/defending depositions (including expert witness depositions).

Candidates will join a busy litigation team working across commercial, real estate and finance-related disputes. Trial experience is a plus but not required. The position requires admission to the New York bar and authorization to work in the U.S.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and admission to practice in New York
• 5–7 years of commercial litigation experience in New York state and federal courts
• Strong legal research and writing skills; solid academic record
• Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, motions and conducting depositions (including experts)
• Experience with real estate and finance disputes preferred; trial experience a plus
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
