Litigation Associate — Minneapolis

Well‑established Am Law 100 firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Minneapolis office. The role offers broad exposure to business and commercial litigation, products liability, toxic tort and employment matters.

The position requires managing all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions and court appearances, with opportunities for significant independent responsibility. Competitive compensation and a full benefits package are provided.

• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience
• Proven experience managing discovery and day‑to‑day case files
• Strong legal research, brief writing and oral advocacy skills
• Comfort handling court appearances, depositions and motion practice independently
• Admission to the Minnesota Bar
