A growing, collaborative national law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its business litigation practice in Minneapolis. This role offers the chance to work on all phases of general commercial, civil, and business litigation for a national and international client base.

The practice handles complex commercial matters, including consumer class actions, antitrust litigation, M&A litigation, securities and shareholder litigation, corporate governance disputes, franchise litigation, contractor classification disputes, real estate financing and development disputes, and multi-district or multi-forum litigation.

The firm emphasizes flexibility alongside a client-focused environment, with a hybrid in-office policy requiring three days per week in the office to support collaboration and relationship-building while maintaining individual work-life balance.

Two to five years of law firm experience in a litigation-based practice
Particular emphasis on litigation procedure, including the discovery process and e-discovery
Deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience is a plus
Excellent academic credentials
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong writing and analytical abilities
Active bar membership
