Ambitious national law firm seeks a Civil Litigation Associate to join its Mass Tort & Product Liability practice. This role offers the opportunity to handle complex litigation with significant autonomy and collaborate closely with a dedicated team.

Conduct factual investigations and manage all phases of discovery.
Prepare pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
Take and defend depositions and communicate directly with clients.
Manage cases end-to-end with a high degree of independence.

Candidates should possess five to eight years of litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and superior interpersonal skills. An active Minnesota bar license is required, or the ability to obtain one promptly. Additional licensure in California, Florida, or Texas is a plus. Five to eight years of civil litigation experience, preferably in mass tort or product liability.
Active Minnesota bar license, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible.
Experience across all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and work autonomously.
