Litigation Associate — Northern Virginia

Well-established international law firm is seeking a junior- to mid-level Litigation Associate for its Northern Virginia office. The role offers exposure to complex civil litigation across state and federal courts and the chance to work on matters for a diverse client base.

Day-to-day responsibilities include legal research and drafting of briefs and dispositive motions (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class certification), assisting with appeals and writs, and participation in discovery. Trial-related experience — taking/defending depositions and attending hearings or trials — is preferred.

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Virginia Bar required
• Junior- to mid-level litigation experience with strong legal research and briefing skills
• Experience with motions practice, discovery, and depositions; trial/appeals exposure preferred
