Litigation Associate — Orange County

Well-established national firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Orange County office. The role will support labor & employment and commercial litigation matters in California state and federal courts, with a focus on employment counseling and contentious wage & hour work.

The position involves heavy litigation responsibility — preparing and responding to written discovery, managing e-discovery, drafting and opposing motions, and taking/defending depositions. Candidates should be team-oriented, possess strong writing and oral advocacy skills, and have prior big‑law or trial exposure; judicial clerkship experience is a plus.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience in California state and federal courts (PQE)
• Substantive experience in employment litigation, including single-plaintiff and wage & hour class/representative actions
• Proven experience with written discovery, electronic discovery, motion practice, and depositions
• Strong academic record, excellent legal writing and oral communication skills; prior big‑law or trial experience preferred
• Active California bar membership or eligibility to be admitted
