Litigation Associate (Post‑Clerkship) — Silicon Valley

Top-tier technology and life‑sciences litigation team seeking current federal judicial clerks (1–3 years’ post‑graduate experience) to join its Silicon Valley office after completion of clerkship. The group handles high‑stakes commercial disputes, IP litigation, securities and regulatory enforcement matters for innovative companies across the size spectrum.

Associates are given meaningful substantive responsibility from day one and work collaboratively with a large team of litigators across offices. Candidates should be prepared to contribute on complex, precedent‑setting matters and to join following their clerkship term.

• Federal judicial clerkship current or recently completed; 1–3 years’ post‑graduate experience
• Barred or eligible to sit/waive into the bar in the office jurisdiction
• Strong academic record and writing sample required
• Interest and/or experience in commercial litigation, IP disputes, and securities/regulatory matters; excellent research and courtroom writing skills
