Litigation Associate — Private Wealth & Fiduciary Litigation, Silicon Valley

Mid-level litigation associate opportunity on a nationally recognized private wealth and fiduciary litigation team based in Silicon Valley (San Francisco location possible). The group handles complex trust, estate, conservatorship, guardianship and related fiduciary disputes, including breach of fiduciary duty, estate/accounting contests, allegations of mismanagement, and elder-care and conservatorship matters.

Associates are given early responsibility, frequent client contact, and opportunities for trial experience. The role offers exposure to high-stakes, client-facing litigation and a chance to develop a niche practice in private wealth disputes.

• 2–4 years litigation experience
• Trusts & estates/ fiduciary litigation experience or exposure preferred
• Admitted to the California bar
• Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
